Selichot

Once a year, we read a prayer of supplication and request for forgiveness to Hashem called the Selichot.

It is read early every morning and the Sephardim start reading the Selichot from the beginning of the month of Elul

until Yom Kippur. Meanwhile, the Ashkenazim read the Selichot only the week preceding Rosh Hashanah (the Jewish

week begins on Sunday) until Yom Kippur. The Torah-Box team offers you the entire text to print out:
